At Orthodontic Smile Studio, our goal is to help our patients find a smile they love. We provide a full range of orthodontic and dentofacial orthopedic services to help you or your child achieve a bright, healthy, and functional smile.
Dr. Caley Höediono offers a variety of orthodontic appliances, including braces and clear aligners. She also uses dentofacial orthopedic appliances, such as palatal expanders, to guide the growth of your child’s jaw and facial structures.

Dr. Caley Höediono grew up in the Waterloo region and completed an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph in Biological Science. She was accepted and went on to graduate from the Griffith University Dental School of Australia with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry, where she graduated with high distinction.
Dr. Caley then graduated with honours from the 3-year specialty graduate program in orthodontics at the University of Manitoba. She is both Canadian and US board-certified in orthodontics.
In her spare time, Dr. Caley likes to hike, travel, engage in water sports, such as surfing and wakeboarding, and spend time with her family.
At Orthodontic Smile Studio, we understand that investing in orthodontics can feel expensive, which is why we are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective treatment options possible.
Our fees are designed to reflect the complexity of your individual case, the need for any additional orthodontic appliances, and the length of treatment. These factors are determined by our careful clinical examination and inspection of your diagnostic records. However, we also streamline our fees to keep them at a reasonable level and in line with industry standards.
We will provide you with an accurate quote for your treatment following your free consultation. Upon the completion of your consultation, we will complete a financial contract and a standard information form for you to submit to insurance.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not direct bill to insurance providers, but we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit your claims.
For all patients, including those with or without insurance coverage, we offer no-interest payment plans to cover your treatment cost. These payments are billed monthly to the credit card on your file. Note: The monthly payment plan is a financing option, not a fee per appointment.
We offer a discount for those paying for their accounts in full, up front by credit card. An additional discount is applied for those paying in debit or cash.
Broken, damaged, or lost appliances may require additional charges.
If you decide to change your treatment options once treatment has started, an additional fee will apply. For example, if you decide to switch to conventional braces after starting clear aligner therapy, an additional fee to cover the cost of the fixed appliances will be charged before placement.
Refunds will not be provided if you decide to stop treatment prior to its completion.
Any account that is 30 days overdue may be charged a late payment charge per month. If you are unable to meet your payment schedule for any reason, please contact our office as soon as possible.
